“Patricia Moore maintains a focus on a signature use of gesture, expressive of a personal, even lyrical approach to her environment, both exterior and interior. Colour, light, movement, fluidity and ambiguity all inform her work.
“If there is a reflection of nature, it is nature filtered through human response. Whether exploring sounds heard amid quiet, the movement of water or light and shadows falling on land, certain threads run through all of her canvases and present them as undeniably her expression.”
